“I am convinced that there was a direct line between at least some of the terrorists who carried out the September 11th attacks and the government of Saudi Arabia,” former Senator Bob Graham, Democrat of Florida, said in an affidavit filed as part of a lawsuit brought against the Saudi government and dozens of institutions in the country by families of Sept. 11 victims and others. Mr. Graham led a joint 2002 Congressional inquiry into the attacks.
Their affidavits, which were filed on Friday and have not previously been disclosed, are part of a multibillion-dollar lawsuit that has wound its way through federal courts since 2002. An appellate court, reversing an earlier decision, said in November that foreign nations were not immune to lawsuits under certain terrorism claims, clearing the way for parts of the Saudi case to be reheard in United States District Court in Manhattan.
Still, Washington has continued to stand behind Saudi Arabia publicly, with the Justice Department joining the kingdom in trying to have the lawsuits thrown out of court on the grounds that the Saudis are protected by international immunity.
The senators’ assertions “might inject some temporary strain or awkwardness at a diplomatic level,” said Kenneth L. Wainstein, a senior national security official in the George W. September 11, 2001: Our Big Lie
I wasn’t planning on writing this week, but so much stuff has come out in the last two days that I couldn’t help myself from trying to get this information out to as wide an audience as possible. Those of you that have been long time readers are aware of the fact that I witnessed 9/11 firsthand. On that fateful morning, I was getting breakfast at 3 World Financial Center when all of a sudden people started panicking and saying we were evacuating the building. I never made it back up to my cubicle and instead took my toast and orange juice downstairs with me. When I got down there I couldn’t believe my eyes. There in from of me was a huge smoldering black hole in the first tower that was hit. I was one block away just starring at this symbol of the city I was born in with sheer terror. People all around starting speculating as to what caused it. I heard ridiculous theories such as a “helicopter hit it.” It looked like a bomb to me. In any event, we all stood there very close until out of nowhere I heard a massive explosion and saw debris spewing from behind the building. In case you are unaware of how the buildings were situated, from my viewpoint the first building that got hit totally blocked the second tower. I didn’t see or hear a plane, just a massive explosion. The ground shook and people started to stampede away. I almost got tossed into a nearby trashcan as my opened orange juice container spilled all over me. I retreated about one hundred yards back to regroup with the herd.
At this point the word had started to get around that two planes had hit the buildings. Several friends and I decided to walk back to my apartment, which at the time was on 12th street between 3rd and 4th avenue. Cell phones didn’t work. My parents and brother who was studying abroad in Australia at the time all thought I might be dead. I saw people jumping to their death. I saw the first building come down in person as I walked home. I never returned to 3 World Financial Center as it became a temporary morgue. Lehman Brothers relocated to the Sheraton Hotels in Midtown for the next several months and my group worked out of a small conference room.
While 9/11 was far more traumatic for many Americans than for myself, it really messed me up emotionally for a while. I thought about joining the armed forces or the newly created Department of Homeland Security. I almost quit my job to get a graduate degree in something I could do to help fight the “war on terror.” The city of my birth was attacked and two great symbols I had seen repeatedly growing up had suddenly vanished. I never once questioned anything about 9/11 for many, many years. I was emotionally reprogrammed. I now realize that was the intent and I am not happy about it.
Look, I will be the first to say I have no idea what really happened on that day, but I can tell you one thing. I am 100% convinced that it wasn’t 19 cave dwelling Al Qaeda members who hate us for our “freedoms.” I can also tell you that two planes didn’t take down three buildings.

The real reason I am writing this piece today is because of a very, very important article from the NY Times, parts of which I have quoted at the top. The article shows how two former Senators have said in sworn statements that they believe the government of Saudi Arabia was directly involved in the attacks. Now, such speculation is not new; however, let’s not forget the very close relationships that many of the elite in the U.S. have with the Saudi government. Furthermore, let’s analyze some of the passages in the article in a little more detail.

Let’s start with the first line. The “Saudis are protected by international immunity.” WTF does that mean?; They are protected by international immunity? Where was this international immunity for Iraq before we bombed them into the stone age? Where was the international immunity for Libya before we decided regime change would be a good idea there? Where is the international immunity for Iran now? The hypocrisy and ridiculousness of the propaganda has now reached epic status.
Now to the second line. “Even so, he said, “the United States and the Saudis have developed strong counterterrorism cooperation over the last decade, and that relationship will not be undermined.” If this doesn’t tell you right then and there that the entire “war on terror” is a smokescreen sham then nothing will. So let me get this straight. According to this logic it may not matter that the Saudis were involved in 9/11 because they have been a great ally in counterterrorism. So the guys that played a role in the attack are our allies in fighting themselves. How convenient! 2+2 does indeed equal 5 in the USA.

Did you catch that?; When confronted with the potential of Saudi involvement, this little weasel Steven Rattner (remember he was Obama’s car czar) comes out and states “I think it may fall a little bit into the category of things you just kind of don’t want to know.”; Excuse me Rattner?; Things WHO doesn’t want to know. I sure as hell want to know and I am pretty sure everyone else in America and world wants to know since this event is what led to a massive crackdown on civil liberties and wars all across the world. Not to mention the fact it has led to U.S. fiscal and economic ruin. What he means is that this is something the government doesn’t want YOU to know. Notice how right away he mentions how much oil the Saudis produce. This clip really exposes the mindset of the criminals that make up the U.S. social, political and economic elite.
Then Donnie Deutch says “I don’t know where you go with this,” to which Scarborough states “I don’t think you go anywhere with this.” Go back to sleep America.
Then there is the real kicker. They end the segment debating whether they will be summering in the Hamptons, Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. Laughing the whole time. Laughing at their audience for being such stupid sheep.

How To Crush Dissent With Anti-Terror Laws and Protect Too Big to Fail Businesses

For years, the government has been using anti-terror laws to crush dissent and to help the too big to fail businesses compete against smaller businesses (and see this).
This trend is getting worse by the day
On January 31, 2012, the Department of Homeland Security’s Behavioral Science Division pointed to the following as indicators of potential terrorism (please note – as you review the list – that some indicators are conservative, some are liberal and some are bipartisan).
- “Reverent of individual liberty”
- “Anti-nuclear”
- “Believe in conspiracy theories”
- “A belief that one’s personal and/or national “way of life” is under attack”
- “Impose strict religious tenets or laws on society (fundamentalists)”
- “Insert religion into the political sphere”
- “Those who seek to politicize religion”
- “Supported political movements for autonomy”
- “Anti-abortion”
- “Anti-Catholic”
- “Anti-global”
- “Suspicious of centralized federal authority”
- “Fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation)”
- “A belief in the need to be prepared for an attack either by participating in … survivalism”
Given that most Americans fall into one or more of these categories, the powers-that-be can brand virtually anyone they dislike as being a terrorist.
The Market Ticker: Well, We Know Who The Felons Are – They Wear Badges
After four years of reporting on the various immoral, unethical and in many cases criminal acts perpetrated by people in our financial system and Congress, we now have our evidence at the bar.
This man was gassed for waving a flag. He was not alone.
Last night “OccupyOakland” was literally laid siege by the police. Firing rubber bullets and tear gas into a peaceful gathering, they committed hundreds of cases of felonious assault upon peaceful individuals. I’ll lay odds that not one of the felons-in-blue will be indicted, prosecuted and imprisoned for their crimes.
I remind everyone that our Constitution guarantees you the right of free speech including the right to petition the government for redress of grievances.
This does not, of course, include the right to riot, destroy property and commit assaults and batteries.
Well, unless you’re the cops. Then it appears that you have the right to do all of those things, irrespective of the fact that the people were exercising their lawful First Amendment rights – and nothing more.
The police didn’t stop with tear gas. They also detonated explosives within the crowd – an act that, taken by an ordinary person, would constitute the use of a bomb and be considered terrorism.
Yeah, I know, they call them “flash-bangs”; intended to stun and surprise. Let’s call them what they are: They’re explosives, otherwise known as a bomb, and legally known to the BATFE as a “Destructive Device” as they contain more than the lawful limit of powder for a common firecracker. They can (and do) cause personal injury when fired into a crowd. That injury is reasonably foreseeable when the device is delivered. This makes the act an intentional deployment of a destructive device with the intent to harm a person – a serious felony.
Of course such felonies are not prosecuted when the police commit them. Just like the apparent felony murder committed in Chicago by a Gang-Banger in Blue who fatally shot an unarmed man in the back after he had already been shot four other times and was lying prone on the grass.
This man, it appears, was executed in a scene reminiscent of the various murderous thugdoms that have been all-to-common throughout history. Now we have summary justice-by-gang here, and the gang is wearing blue uniforms and badges!
Police have a tough job, but that’s not an excuse for felonious behavior. The job of the police is to Protect and Serve. Lately, it appears they serve themselves, including smuggling guns, slot machines and stolen cigarettes, shooting anyone who might happen to be a nuisance to their “right” to tromp on the people’s necks whenever they so choose.
I’ve long asked the following question: What happens when the people determine that law enforcement agencies – or the government in general - are felons?
This is no longer a rhetorical question, and the answer should give all law-abiding citizens pause.
I don’t care if you hail from the left or right, or what your particular view of the “Occupy Wall Street” movement is. The fact of the matter is that we no longer have the foundational principle of this nation underlying our nation: The Rule of Law.
That’s the difference between a Constitutional Republic and tyranny.
In a Constitutional Republic you do not have the rule of 100 jackbooted thugs wearing badges, discharging firearms (albeit – thus far – with rubber bullets) at people, tossing bombs into their midst and gassing them. You also don’t have jackbooted thugs in blue shooting unarmed people in the back. Any rogue individual who attempts such a stunt goes straight to prison to rot along with the common mugger or murderer, because he or she is one and should an entire agency show up to commit these acts the immediate response is that the National Guard rises and arrests the entire agency, tossing all of them into the clink where they belong.
Today, however, this sort of abusive crap is exactly what we have in this nation and The Guard, who has sworn an oath to protect this land against all enemies, foreign and domestic, is nowhere to be found.
Those in California (along with those in both New York and Chicago) are discovering the hazards of their failure to demand that entire Constitution be strictly enforced in favor of the rights of the people.
Now you see the consequences of that failure America. You thought you were trading “a bit” of freedom for alleged security. What you were really doing is ceding your rights to a band of gang-banging felons-in-blue who have now demonstrated their clear intent to gas, bomb and even murder you.
Have you discerned the error of your ways yet?
We shall see.

Weather Modification – A Covert Weapon of Mass Destruction
Between 1962 and 1983, the United States Navy, the U.S. Weather Bureau and the National Science Foundation carried out an experimental research program that was yielding some success in moderating hurricanes. Project Stormfury was suspended, however, and eventually terminated for specious reasons. Commenting on an overview of The Stormfury Era by the Hurricane Research Division of the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory, Dick Eastman, MS, MA, noted that the privatization of weather-related government agencies was a factor in the termination of this project:
“Project Stormfury was discontinued just as new planes for doing the interventions were made available.
It seems that we had a deliberate effort to stifle success at the very time that the national weather bureau and other weather-related government agencies were being privatized (the National Weather Service, like the Federal Reserve Bank, the Atomic Energy Commission and the National Science Foundation are privately owned and controlled organizations — each operating in their respective fields in totally unregulated and largely unsupervised environments, with the public thinking that each is part of the government…
“Storm Fury demonstrated — regardless of the sophistry — that hurricane winds can be reduced from 130 mph to 75 or 80 mph — a difference that means the a difference of billions in damages and of doubtless many lives.
“But we are not only seeing the deliberate decision to let disaster happen when it could be prevented — we are seeing something much worse — the deliberate use of this technology developed by minds that sought to help mankind as a means of destroying our homes and killing our people for the sake of ’disaster-industry’ profit and ‘national-emergency’ power.”
Gordon J. F. MacDonald (1929-2002) was an associate director of the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at UCLA, a member of President Lyndon Johnson’s Science Advisory Committee and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. In his 1968 book, Unless Peace Comes: A Scientific Forecast Of New Weapons, MacDonald wrote a chapter titled “How to Wreck the Environment” (read below) in which he revealed that weather modification was in the experimental stages. MacDonald predicted that it would only be a matter of time before man would be able to manipulate the weather for use as a weapon:
“Among future means of obtaining national objectives by force, one possibility hinges on man’s ability to control and manipulate the environment of his planet. When achieved, this power over his environment will provide man with a new force capable of doing great and indiscriminate damage. Our present primitive understanding of deliberate environmental change makes it difficult to imagine a world in which geophysical warfare is practised. Such a world might be one in which nuclear weapons were effectively banned and the weapons of mass destruction were those of environmental catastrophe. As I will argue, these weapons are peculiarly suited for covert or secret wars…
“As economic competition among many advanced nations heightens, it may be to a country’s advantage to ensure a peaceful natural environment for itself and adisturbed environment for its competitors. Operations producing such conditions might be carried out covertly, since nature’s great irregularity permits storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes and tidal waves to be viewed as unusual but not unexpected. Such a ‘secret war’ need never be declared or even known by the affected populations. It could go on for years with only the security forces involved being aware of it. The years of drought and storm would be attributed to unkindly nature and only after a nation were thoroughly drained would an armed take-over be attempted.
“In addition to their covert nature, a feature common to several modification schemes is their ability to affect the Earth as a whole. The environment knows no political boundaries; it is independent of the institutions based on geography and the effects of modification can be projected from any one point to any other on the Earth. Because environmental modification may be a dominant feature of future world decades, there is concern that this incipient technology is in total conflict with many of the traditional geographical and political units and concepts.
“Political, legal, economic and sociological consequences of deliberate environmental modification, even for peaceful purposes, will be of such complexity that perhaps all our present involvements in nuclear affairs will seem simple.”
In his 1970 book, Between Two Ages, former U.S. National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brezezinski (CFR/TC/B) mentioned “weather control” as a “new weapon” for the U.S. military and a “key element of strategy.”
“Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised… Techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm.”
Also in 1970, the U.S. Weather Bureau was renamed the National Weather Service and the privatization of the weather-related government agencies began, a process that was expedited under President Bill Clinton.
“In accordance with the Administration’s FY 1996 Proposed Budget and the Administration’s Reinventing Government initiatives issued in early 1995, the National Weather Service (NWS) initiated a transition program to transfer NWS Agricultural Weather Services and non-federal non-wildfire weather support to private meteorological firms willing to assume these responsibilities…
“The transition of agricultural weather services to the private sector is dynamic. Both the NWS and the private meteorological sector will need to continue to work together to provide maximum service to the nation’s growers. Privatization efforts are not new to the NWS. Over the years, the NWS has transferred services such as direct commercial radio and television broadcasts, newspaper weather page preparation, and weather by phone successfully to the private sector.” (National Weather Service)
In 1977, the Geneva Convention proposed an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques. The Convention opened for signature on May 18, 1977 in Geneva and the treaty was enforced on October 5, 1978. Eighty-seven (87) nations signed this treaty:

Recognizing that scientific and technical advances may open new possibilities with respect to modification of the environment,
Recalling the Declaration of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment adopted at Stockholm on 16 June 1972,
Realizing that the use of environmental modification techniques for peaceful purposes could improve the interrelationship of man and nature and contribute to the preservation and improvement of the environment for the benefit of present and future generations,
Recognizing, however, that military or any other hostile use of such techniques could have effects extremely harmful to human welfare,
Desiring to prohibit effectively military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques in order to eliminate the dangers to mankind from such use, and affirming their willingness to work towards the achievement of this objective,
Desiring also to contribute to the strengthening of trust among nations and to the further improvement of the international situation in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations,
Have agreed as follows:
Article I1. Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to engage in military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage or injury to any other State Party.
2. Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to assist, encourage or induce any State, group of States or international organization to engage in activities contrary to the provisions of paragraph 1 of this article. (continued)
In 1996, the U.S. Air Force published a research paper produced in the Department of Defense titled, “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025.” Disregarding the Geneva Convention Treaty on Weather Modification, the stated purpose of the paper was “to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather-modification system to achieve military objectives…”
“2025 is a study designed to comply with a directive from the chief of staff of the Air Force to examine the concepts, capabilities, and technologies the United States will require to remain the dominant air and space force in the future. Presented on 17 June 1996, this report was produced in the Department of Defense school environment of academic freedom and in the interest of advancing concepts related to national defense. The views expressed in this report are those of the authors and do not reflect the official policy or position of the United States Air Force, Department of Defense, or the United States government…
“In 2025, US aerospace forces can ‘own the weather’ by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather-modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map.
“A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary…”
Another piece of evidence to support the existence of the these weapon systems.

On The United Kingdom Police State and The Refusal To Remain A Prisoner Within It

We are not leaving because of immigration, like what most of the Main Stream Media would claim. We are leaving because we are sick and tired of living in what was once a great country, but is now a Stasified society where you cannot even go to the store without being picked up and spied upon by numerous CCTV cameras, where Habeas Corpus can be suspended at any time for any reason, and where the police can stop and search without reasonable suspicion that you might, just might, be in the commission of a criminal offence.

Over the past couple of years I have, hopefully, taught my readership to be suspicious of the Main Stream Media, and to double check all facts rather than just accept that the BBC / ITV are telling the truth on all that they report. Now I have to tell you that you should be equally discerning about what the Alternative News Media reports, because they are just as prone to disinformation as the Main Stream Media.
ALL Media is Propaganda.
What you have to discern is whether it is propaganda for good, or for ill.
Now talking about the BBC, I would like to say that it is the worst state propaganda outfit going, and that you’re all paying to be propagandised to without even realising it, but then, few are familiar with the roots of the BBC. The BBC was formed out of Wellington House at the end of World War One. Wellington House, from 1913 to 1920, was the propaganda wing of the British Empire’s war effort, and published all the propaganda needed to fight the First World War on the home and foreign fronts. Once you understand this, you will realise why there is often a discrepancy between what is reported on the BBC World Service news, and what is reported on the domestic radio and television stations.
Also, you have to remember that both the Tavistock Military Psyops War School and Wellington House were the precursors to the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (1947 to present), and because all three are a part of the British Secret Intelligence Service (along with MI5, MI6, MI10 and GCHQ), the BBC is embedded within the Secret Intelligence Service, and the Secret intelligence Service are embedded within the BBC.

I no longer have any time for Alex Jones, David Icke, or any other such “Alternative News Media”, because I have caught them red handed spreading disinformation about the current events in the Maghreb and Arabian Peninsula. Having many contacts on the ground with which I can double check information means that not much gets past me these days.
One of the few activists I implicitly trust, because he has proven himself to be trustworthy, is Brian Gerrish. His web site, the UK Column, is always worth reading, and the forums attached to the site are a great place to gather information, although I would say that you should critically examine everything that is posted on these boards.
I still have a lot of respect for Charlie Veitch, even though he does get some things wrong at times. Being wrong about something and deliberately spreading disinformation are two entirely different things, and the former can always be forgiven. The latter cannot be forgiven.
Over the coming three to four months I will be busy with procuring a small property in Bulgaria, and making plans to move out there. I have seen a lovely cottage in the same village as a friend’s property, but we are still making enquiries to see if it is still up for sale. If it is still on the market I will fly over to Bulgaria to take a very hard look at it, and if I think it is right for me, I will buy it. Otherwise, I will keep looking.
