Declaration of War

Secretary of State John Kerry signed the United Nations global gun control treaty today without submitting it to the US Senate for ratification. Tennessee Republican Senator Bob Corker immediately sent a strongly worded letter to the White House warning President Obama not to use presidential directives to implement the treaty without submitting the treaty to the Senate for a vote. Mr. Corker said the treaty violates the Second Amendment of the US Constitution.

Oklahoma Senator Jim Inhofe declared the treaty to be dead in the water in the Senate. Gun owners fear the treaty will establish a global registry under the UN of all gun owners in the world. Some political analysts believe Mr. Kerry signed the gun control treaty instead of President Obama so impeachment proceedings could not be initiated against him in the House for violating the Constitution.

Fake Meme of Food Scarcity Is Deadly Serious

without comments

Thursday, November 01, 2012 by Staff Report

Arranging a US Famine … At a time when the US government talks of food shortages yet is doing nothing to ensure food for its people but is doing numbers of things that seriously increase the threat and leave people more helpless, it is relevant to look at again at the famine in Ireland in the 19th century, considered “one of the darkest chapters in world history.” This matters because the famine appears now to have been caused intentionally … “In this grand, sweeping narrative, Ireland’s best-known historian, Tim Pat Coogan, gives a fresh and comprehensive account of one of the darkest chapters in world history, arguing that Britain was in large part responsible for the extent of the national tragedy, and in fact engineered the food shortage in one of the earliest cases of ethnic cleansing. So strong was anti-Irish sentiment in the mainland that the English parliament referred to the famine as “God’s lesson.”

Dominant Social Theme:
Food scarcity is a growing problem that the UN must tackle.

Free-Market Analysis:
There are plenty of sub-dominant themes growing out of this main one of food scarcity. In fact, it is such a deep meme that one could compare it to a bush with many branches.

A lot of these sub-dominant social themes could be classified as dominant themes themselves. In fact, the scarcity themes that the elites use to frighten people into giving up power and wealth to globalist solutions are the building blocks of human life: food, water, air and energy.

It is no coincidence perhaps that the water scarcity meme is in full cry. Global warming fosters energy scarcity but has the added advantage of making people afraid of the air itself. Chemtrails provide us with another theme, or perhaps a sub-theme.

What is most dangerous to the larger body politic of millions and billions is that scarcity memes are more than a method of control. They are a method of culling, as well.

Stop the Death Dump

Birds are dying around the world. Fish are dying by the hundreds, and thousands around the world. This is genocide. This is poison. This is murder by the United Nations.

This element within our society that’s doing this must be stopped.

Four of the planes are out of the Air National Guard, Lincoln, Nebraska. The other planes are out of Portland, Oklahoma.

What is wrong with Congress?

– from above

The Chemtrail, Death-dumps, or Geo-engineering project has begun in 1997. The exact purpose of this program is still unknown and the authorities are keeping their mouth tightly sealed.

All we know for sure is that these chemtrails are extremely toxic.

Some say it’s part of the NWO’s plan to eliminate majority of the population.
Some say it’s part of the project to mutate our DNA to be more docile and obedient.

Not possible?

Nazis have done it in the past to their own people, contaminating the tab water. We are still doing it with our own tab water with sodium fluoride.

I mean, I think we still pursue a lot of the political propaganda that Nazi once used to do, anyways. “False flag operations” being one of them. (*see Revisiting 9/11, Solving the Mystery of WTC 7)

But people are not taking it any more.

Experts, Insiders, and Former secret Government agents are coming out.
I am sure some of them are put there tactically to confuse and create chaos,
But I bet some of them, or most of them are speaking the truths.

Because it’s too hard to keep a secret for a long time.
It’s an indescribably huge burden, both psychologically and physically.

Let’s dig little deeper into Chemtrails.

Curiosity about life in all of its aspects,
I think,
is still the secret of great creative people.

The War To Reign In The Internet Has Begun

without comments

by Joseph P. Farrell

Yesterday I blogged about the problems confronting the financial elite seeking to walk the precarious fine line between the breakup of the EU and maintaining it, and implementing middle-class destroying financial policies. The fly in the ointment, of course, is information and its control, i.e., the internet. Once again, The Daily Bell has come forward with a very observant article on this new phase of warfare against the world’s middle class:

Yes, The War for the Internet Has Begun

The problem, as Anthony Wile sees it – and I wholeheartedly concur with his evaluation – is this:

“There is no doubt, in my view, that the elites practiced directed history in the 20th century, setting up wars and economic catastrophes designed to consolidate world government. But in the 21st century, with so many understanding and evaluating the mechanisms of the elites, this is a considerably harder trick to pull off.”

But there is an additional problem for the elite, and I hope you caught it:

“Once the elites had manufactured a phony global warming meme via “peer approved” articles in complaisant journals, the elite-controlled media was turned loose to trumpet the supposed findings. And once the articles were written, elite-controlled UN agencies created white papers from them that could be used as calls-for-action.

“These white papers were in turn picked up by elite-funded NGOs that began to foment full-fledged socio-political campaigns to “crack down” on global warming “polluters.” Vast UN conferences filled by elite-proxies (hand-picked politicians) were organized as well to agitate for worldwide legislation to “control” global warming.

“Of course, all of this takes a phenomenal amount of money, but money is no object to the Anglosphere elite that controls more than 100 central banks around the world and funds their campaign for a New World Order by printing endless amounts of money-from-nothing.

The entire process I’ve just described amounts to a vast echo chamber in which each element of the Anglosphere’s controlled promotional mechanism plays a given part. There is a scientific consensus that then creates “news” for the media, which in turn galvanizes “action” on the part of specially selected politicians.

“And gradually a “consensus” is reached, laws are written and public education textbooks promote the necessity of this directed history to a new generation of tots who have no idea of how manipulated they are – or their world.

Every part of this painstakingly created matrix has been virtually shattered in the 21st century. Again, we can see the result by observing the global warming meme itself. Not only was it put in doubt by the Internet – the one avenue of communication that the elites do not control – but it was virtually blown up by email leaks.”

This is a phenomenon that I have commented upon myself in various interviews on George Ann Hughes’ The Byte Show: by literally “buying” expert advisors, the elites have literally locked themselves into their own conceptual matrix, and are unable to think outside their own box or even receive contrary or countervailing points of view, for having bought said advisors, the very information they wish to filter for others, also gets filtered for them.

“The Internet is what the elites need to destroy – or at least control – as soon as possible. Without control of the Internet, tens of trillions of sunk costs in building this vast matrix of complaisant scientists, academics, media moguls and corporate, military and religious chiefs is rendered virtually useless.”

And the mechanism for that control as Wile correctly observes, is through the “meme” of protecting copyright. The problem is, as Wile also correctly observes, this is a very old playbook. In other words, even the elite’s playbook and standard practice is now a known thing. The elite’s response here is typical. Rather than rely upon individual creators of “intellectual property” to monitor and enforce their own creations, they want to step in and “protect” everyone.

Enter Kim

“It’s not right, of course. As we pointed out yesterday, the US Justice Department virtually destroyed a company based on a judicial theory that may prove untenable in court. The idea that a vendor – Megaupload – is responsible for its users is inherently questionable. Are car companies responsible for their drivers? Are lawnmower builders responsible for the state of their clients front yards?”

And that is the point of course, for it is a violation of the customary rules of law and use, and thus, inevitably, destined to fail. By the same logic, all central banks should be shutdown because of the violations and egregious criminality of a few. Instead, they have been propped up and bailed out.

Technology itself is outpacing the elite’s ability to maintain control:

“The trouble – and it IS a problem – is that history shows us that copyright and even patent law are clumsy instruments with which to combat the truth-telling of a particular information facility. People generally – in groups – tend to use a technology to its fullest extent.

“A battle has been joined, much as it was joined after the advent of the Gutenberg Press. But it is one that the elites had trouble finishing, and they only fully regained control of the conversation in my view in the 20th century. And now they have to do it all over again.”

In other words, they may succeed for a while, but ultimately, the whole scheme, from global government, currency, internet control, will fall apart, because there will inevitably arise technologies and techniques for sidestepping them. Just ask the Soviet Union…it was called samizdat, and led people like Alexander Solzhenitsyn to issue his famous statement that when you strip a man of everything, he has no more reason to fear speaking out against the enslaving elite.

And how to escape . . .
by Tony Cartalucci
January 3, 2012

National Geographic’s recent article, “The City Solution: Why cities are the best cure for our planet’s growing pains,” argues that urbanization is not only “good news,” but also, “the best hope for lifting people out of poverty without wrecking the planet.” Making the argument, National Geographic cites Harvard economist Edward Glaeser who considers Wall Street as the “quintessence of the vibrant city.” He insists that the trading floor exemplifies the valuing of information over space and that cities in general produce more because “the absence of space between people” reduces costs on transporting goods, people, and ideas. There is also David Satterthwaite of the International Institute for Environment and Development, London, who claims the problem of growing cities isn’t that too many people are being drawn into them, but rather the inability of mayors to “govern them.”

Cited by National Geographic as a “hopeful example” of how to manage rapid urbanization is the South Korean capital of Seoul. Described is a centrally planned totalitarian dystopia literally started in the wake of the near total destruction the city saw during the Korean War and its reemergence under military dictator Park Chung-Hee. In this model of recommended urbanization, entire districts can be bulldozed to make way for denser housing and features serving whatever the “greater good” might decide. The metric of success and livability is apparently the material wealth and the superficial trappings residents adorn their uniform living quarters with, signifying that it’s not that bad after all.

One picture featured in the article shows identical apartment blocs with different families occupying them and decorating them differently. Without National Geographic’s captions coaxing a reader along, one might conclude they are well-dressed, spacious jail cells.

While the story National Geographic tells does explain why urbanization is taking place now, it fails entirely to justify why it should continue or why it is supposedly our “best hope.”

Harvard economist Edward Glaeser concludes, in regards to the environmental impact of not urbanizing that “it would be a lot better for the planet if people in those countries end up in dense cities built around the elevator, rather than in sprawling areas built around the car.” What National Geographic and the experts it deferred to in writing this article fail to understand is that population distribution alone is not the determining factor of either economic prosperity or environmental impact. It is instead what current technology makes possible with such population distributions.

Photo: Described as our “best hope” the cramped confines of the city are designed to reduce the use of resources as well as reduce the distance between individuals and ideas. In reality, technological innovation, not the political shifting of demographics, has already helped reduce both, as well as reduce our need to “urbanize.” (photo credit: National Geographic)

In fact, a future of urbanization only makes sense if humanity is frozen technologically and that advances in transportation, energy production, manufacturing, and information technology cease to be made. Glaeser’s comments about reducing the space between people in fact undermines his entire argument for urbanization. Already, collaboration between people who have never met in real life, or who rarely ever meet physically is possible in ways even 10-20 years ago would have been quite impossible, thanks to technological innovation. The “reduction of space” between people needs not be physical and certainly doesn’t require urbanization.

Video conferencing is something that science fiction had long since predicted, and up until now had seemed like a far fetched fantasy. Now seeing and hearing someone on the other side of the planet can be accomplished by anyone with an Internet connection and a webcam. As Internet speeds increase the ability to collaborate more seamlessly with people remotely will only be enhanced. Similarly, advances in manufacturing technology, as mentioned in “Globalists’ Worst Nightmare” in regards to MIT’s Fab Lab project, will allow an increasing number of people to possess the means of advanced production in their garages or even on their own desktop, “printing” objects as easily as they now print images.

Video: MIT’s Fab Lab described. This is one of the many labs inspired by the original based at MIT.

During PBS’ Scientific American Frontiers episode “You Can Make it on Your Own” hosted by Alan Alda, Alda would examine a bike designed and made in MIT’s Massachusetts Fab Lab. The machines occupying a single room and available to be used by designers allowed Australian inventor Saul Griffith to create his own polycarbonate bike. Since the design is digital and manufactured by computer controlled machines, Griffith was able to email the design to his sister in Australia where she was able to use machines there to build it. Griffith’s idea traveled at the speed of light from the US to Australia where it was manufactured and in the hands of the end user faster than any traditional model of economics could deliver, even if everyone crammed into densely populated cities as proposed by National Geographic and the bike factory was just down the street.

Video: Meet a real “progressive,” spacecraft designer Burt Rutan who in the first 2 minutes of his TED Talk makes a poignant observation of the human condition, “we stand a very big chance of losing our ability to inspire our youth to go out and continue this very important thing that we as a species have always done, and that is instinctively we’ve gone out and climbed over difficult places, went to more hostile places, and found out later maybe to our surprise that that’s the reason we’ve survived. “

Human progress has always moved forward because of innovation and exploration. The myriad of political solutions paraded before us by economists and politicians are cheap substitutes compensating for their lack of imagination coupled with complete technical incompetence. Even their suggestions of putting “technocrats” in charge leaves much to be desired, especially so when the reins still lead back to their uninspired hands. The ability to solve problems on one’s own, self-sufficiently is inexorably linked to self-determination – not the cramming of papers into ballot boxes in pursuit of others to handle our responsibilities and destiny for us.

Cities are not “the best cure for our planet’s growing pains.” To find the real cure, a proper diagnosis must first be made. These growing pains are not due to “overpopulation” but rather the complete failure of global leadership to meet the challenge of protecting human freedom while managing the growth our ingenuity has lent us. Innovation spurred by proper technical education can immediately begin alleviating many of the problems we face pursuing antiquated economic models, industrial centralization, big-agri that is neither healthy nor efficient and many other problems born from our current paradigm.

If the government refuses to give people better, more meaningful education – this problem too is being solved technologically. In fact, anyone with an Internet connection now has access to a huge and ever-growing collection of MIT lectures, called “Open Course Ware” (OCW) . Future innovations can allow us to continue to expand here on Earth and beyond. Just as exploration has expanded our habitat here on Earth, it will likewise make it possible for us to expand amongst the stars.

Image: No more land? Make some more. Commissioned by NASA in the 1970’s, conceptual artist Don Davis illustrated a torus-shaped space station that maintains artificial gravity through centripetal force – it was designed by a NASA Ames/Standford University study.

While people may be taken by the same Pavlovian giggles that accompanied the scorn of concepts such as a heliocentric planetary system or the idea of manned flight, such space habitats are not only possible, they are inevitable. In space, there’s plenty of room to spread out. Human innovation may make compromises necessary in the short-term, but entirely unnecessary in the long-term.

Already we have a permanently manned space habitat orbiting over our heads – produced by incredible engineers, however tempered by bureaucracy, budget constraints, and politics they may be. It is entirely possible that if we took more control over our own destiny, instead of having it dictated to us by a self-serving political clique, we could not only marshal our resources toward more inspiring pursuits, but improve our access and use of available resources in ways we never imagined. The concept of post-scarcity already presents itself to us in more realistic terms as manufacturing goes from factories to our garages and desktops. As the cost of advanced manufacturing decreases and the means to manufacture is decentralized, the barriers to achieving what was once the exclusive realm of science fiction will likewise fall, while the decisions to proceed are likewise decentralized.

Politicians have a cage prepared for us, amply described in the United Nation’s “Agenda 21.” It relieves them of their responsibility to truly lead, and protects them from being replaced for their infinite incompetence. All that is necessary for us to avoid ending up in this cage, is for us to get active locally in devising solutions to the problems our “leaders” refuse to adequately and permanently address. We must not only recognize the faults within this current paradigm, we must reject it and replace it entirely. We can do so in a measured sensible way and we can start today by how we choose to spend our time, money, energy, and attention. Whether you excel in technology, agriculture, art, or even martial pursuits, there are local people with whom you can connect with and begin building the world you want to live in.

Maryland County Abolishes Agenda 21 – Now it’s Your Turn

without comments

By James M. Simpson – Big Government

The November elections marked a sea change in the political landscape at every level of government nationwide. Right now, all eyes are focused on the Wisconsin standoff between Governor Scott Walker and the public employee unions. But under the radar, completely overlooked by the mass media, is the unprecedented move recently taken by newly-elected Carroll County, Maryland Commissioners Richard Rothschild, Robin Frazier, Haven Shoemaker, Dave Roush and Doug Howard, who abolished the County’s Office of Sustainability. They then voted unanimously to drop out of the UN’s International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). They are the first governmental organization to do so.

For those unfamiliar with the sustainable development agenda, this might not seem like much, but it is huge. If you have been following my recent series on the subject, you will know that local Sustainability offices, under the auspices of the ICLEI’s Local Governments for Sustainability, are the tiny, visible tip of the monstrous Agenda 21 sustainable development iceberg, the ultimate goal of which is to transform American society from the bottom up into a socialist ward of UN global governance. As of today, there are approximately 600 local governments in the US who have signed on to this Trojan Horse.

Minus one.

All the commissioners are to be commended for this bold decision. Predictably, the left is up in arms. The commissioners have already been challenged to a debate on their decision and the other side wants to bring in heavy hitters from the EPA and the Maryland Department of the Environment in an attempt to discredit the commission’s earth shattering (figuratively) move.

I think the commissioners took some skin.

Richard Rothschild led the charge. He campaigned on this issue, framing it, appropriately, as a matter of private property rights. In an American Thinker article he co-wrote last summer with Scott Strzelczyk, he explained that: “Sustainability has less to do with the environment, and everything to do with economics.  It is an attack on capitalism, and an attack on America’s middle class lifestyle.”

Rich recently discussed Agenda 21 in a radio address. Listen here. This is the kind of leadership that has been sorely lacking at all levels of government and hopefully his example and that of his fellow commissioners will embolden more such individuals to step forward before it is too late.

Following the election, Carroll County’s sustainability director saw the writing on the wall and opted for early retirement. He then began taking pot shots at the new commissioners in the local paper. After being party to the biggest attempted land grab in the county’s history under the “Smart Growth” banner, this clown had the gall to wonder aloud how anyone could believe a UN planning document marketed as “Smart Growth” could affect Carroll County. I have a suggestion for him: read the documents.

Rich responded to these attacks with an in-depth explanation of Sustainable Development published in the local paper:

Sustainability invokes government power to enforce activists’ views of environmentalism. They want to replace farmers’, ranchers’ and other landowners’ concept of stewardship with government-centric control. It merges environmentalism and socialism to expand government into every aspect of our lives, including land use, food production, housing, transportation, manufacturing, energy rationing and even health care.

He identifies the ICLEI for what it really is:

…an organization with extreme beliefs on global warming that promotes United Nations’ big-government socio-economic policies. The UN Millennium Papers caution activists not to mention the UN Agenda because of potential American backlash, and instruct, “So, we call our process something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management, or smart growth.”

Rich cites egregious examples of “sustainability” in practice:

Sustainability disciples use euphemistic terms like “environmental justice,” and collude with government to enforce oppressive regulations at any cost. Don’t believe me? Google “EPA TMDL lawsuits” and see the list of activists that sue the EPA and obtain federal court opinions that embolden oppressive regulations.

Why does the EPA advertise these lawsuits on its website? Ironically, every time the EPA loses to an environmental group, it grows stronger as courts direct the EPA to enforce. The courts have become unwitting accomplices to government overreach. One Maryland county faces $1.8 billion in regulatory mandates, possibly enough to push them to the brink of insolvency.

In another bid for expansion, government auctions off imaginary carbon credits. The 2008 northeast auction raised $600 million in hidden taxes that are passed on to struggling families through higher utility costs.

The words “sustainable development” deceitfully suggest environmental conservation, and people who focus on the slogans without reading the fine print come up with simplistic conclusions like “it’s all about the environment.” In reality, Agenda-21 based sustainability programs seek government control of land, labor and capital in order to promote “social justice”.

As documented in Part I of this series, buzzwords for socialism like “social justice,” “collective,” “equity,” and “redistribution,” are used throughout Agenda 21 texts. If you study the documents that spawned Agenda 21, most formulated by prominent socialist leaders from around the world, it is clear that their key concerns are: 1. abolishing private property and redistributing it according to socialist goals worldwide, and 2. herding humans into small urban communities where, stripped of freedom and mobility, we will live and work according to government diktat.

For example, the Millennium Project calls for a global tax on all countries to provide monies for developing and third world countries. “Environmental sustainability” is only one of eight Millennium Development Goals. The rest are a laundry list of anti-poverty and health programs; laudable goals maybe, but nothing to do with Chesapeake Bay pollution to say the least. Furthermore, these countries have received billions in aid from the U.S. and elsewhere for decades, but because they are usually run by corrupt dictators of one form or another, such aid serves only to prop them up, thereby perpetuating the problem rather than solving it. But they’re socialists, so it’s okay.

More to the point, Dr. Michael Coffman’s famous Agenda 21 “Wildlands” map reveals the endgame of Agenda 21:

Dr. Michael Coffman’s Wildlands Map

Agenda 21 is being implemented throughout the U.S., as the quiet work of the ICLEI finds its way into state law and county code. The video below reveals how it was pushed in rural Richland County, South Carolina, sold as a “Comprehensive Plan” called “Vision 20/20”.  Explained by state legislator Joe Neal – a Democrat – the video provides a diagram chillingly similar to the Wildlands map, limiting development to small urban centers and leaving rural communities to die on the vine.

VIDEO: South Carolina & Comprehensive Planning

If Rep. Neal’s sincere appeal in this four minute video doesn’t convince you, his full two hour presentation is available here.

The Comprehensive Plan stalled in 2003 due to citizen resistance but passed in 2009. It calls for creation of “Urban Villages… in contrast with suburban sprawl and inefficient land use.” Note the negative associations with “suburban sprawl.” They will fix that.

The Plan directs that, “Throughout the suburban areas infill development (emphasis added) should be a focus in residential, commercial and industrial areas, complementing and connecting the existing sprawl pattern. Housing should be varied at 4-8 units per acre… Underutilized commercial strips and big-box retail parcels can be divided and redeveloped into smaller blocks with street extensions and pedestrian-friendly designs.”

So if you moved to the suburbs to get some room, avoid urban crime and get better schooling for your kids, forget it. They’re going to tell you how and where to live, because they deem single family suburban homes “unsustainable”. The Richland County plan is similar to the description for “20 Minute Neighborhoods” advocated by the Mayor of Portland, Oregon. The official map is also eerily similar to Dr. Coffman’s.

The state of Virginia has gone all out in a similar effort. Virginia House Bill 3202, signed into law by Democrat governor Tim Kaine in 2007 with bi-partisan support, requires 67 counties and cities to create “Urban Development Areas” based on decennial population growth criteria. The UDAs must be able to accommodate that growth and must include features like “pedestrian friendly” design, mixed use housing and minimum housing densities that presume an urban landscape and encourage low-income subsidized housing. The buzzwords change, but the description is virtually identical to Richland County, South Carolina, Portland, Oregon, and countless other towns throughout America.

The despotic nature of these mandates undermines the entire concept of private property, a key goal stated prominently in Agenda 21 documents. It removes decision making latitude from both property owners and local governments, and ruins property values, while completely changing the complexion and character of rural counties. Add to this the sheer lunacy of requiring vast new housing projects when mortgage foreclosures are just beginning to recover from all time high rates. Construction companies like the guaranteed business these mandates insure, a big reason why they enjoy bi-partisan support. But at what cost to our communities, our Constitution, our very way of life?

Finally, there is another even more pernicious factor that may underline politicians’ motivations to support this wholesale assault on private property. UDAs are supposed to accommodate ten to twenty years of population growth within each designated county. According to the Census Bureau, between 1990 and 2010, Virginia’s population grew by about 2 million people. Over 25 percent of that population growth was due to an influx of Hispanics. The Hispanic population represented a mere 3 percent of Virginia’s population in 1990, but since then has grown 300 percent, from 160,000 people to 632,000!

In some cases, Hispanic population growth dwarfs all else. In Prince William County for example, in 1990 the Hispanic population was a modest 4 percent of the population: 9,662 people. Today it stands at 81,460, accounting for almost 40 percent of total population growth in the county! Between 2000 and 2010 Chesterfield County grew by 56,000 people. Of that total, 15,247, almost 30 percent, were Hispanic. For comparison, the white population only increased by 16,507 people. Whites represented 77 percent of the total population in 2000, Hispanics only 3 percent. The Hispanic population growth rate in Chesterfield County between 1990 and 2010 was over 800 percent.

These growth rates cannot be accounted for by births. Nationwide, the Hispanic population has grown by about 25 million since 1990. There are at least 12 million illegals in the U.S. currently, mostly Hispanics. So at a minimum, about half of the growth rate in the U.S. Hispanic population since 1990 is due to illegals.

By demanding UDAs in counties with high population growth rates, the Virginia legislature is pandering to illegal immigrants. Doing so will change not only the character, but the voting preferences of its rural counties. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out who will get the majority of those votes if the Democrats manage to pass an amnesty law. With the various vote fraud strategies being employed by leftists nationwide, amnesty may not even be necessary. If they succeed here, redistricting will become irrelevant.

This is another covert strategy embedded in Agenda 21, perhaps the most dangerous of all, that has so far flown completely under the radar. Although Carroll County’s actions were not related to illegal immigration, the threat of dense low-income urbanized development around their rural towns in order to promote “social equity” was a factor.

Rothschild said, “They talk about sustainability promoting ‘healthier and better balanced’ neighborhoods. But “healthy and better balanced” in the sustainable development context means equally distributed. The practical result is that the county is burdened with people with no pattern of personal responsibility, people who do not share the values of the community, who have done nothing to contribute to its character or development and thus no vested interest, all for the sake of ‘equity.’ The true underlying purpose, however, is to shift voting patterns from right to left.”

The Carroll County commissioners have taken a bold step in publicly calling out the ICLEI and Agenda 21, but their work has just begun. “We have our own rural agricultural diversity and it is on the endangered species list.” Rothschild quipped.

This is an issue custom made for Tea Parties. Agenda 21 is being implemented at the state and local level, where citizen activists have the most leverage. Tea Parties nationwide need to get behind this effort and bring the dangers of Agenda 21-based planning dogma to the attention of state and local governments everywhere. It is critical to educate, support and encourage sympathetic legislators at all levels of government and work furiously to oust legislators and bureaucrats who, for whatever reason, refuse to abandon this evil agenda.

Note: Part III was going to discuss the de-population movement, but this breaking story took precedence. De-population will be covered at a later date.

Agenda 21 and the Right/Left ‘Distractions’

without comments

Historically the globalists have used the Left (Democrats/Liberal) versus the  Right (Republican/Conservative) conflict to “busy and distract” the population while they advance their agendas relatively uninterrupted. This has been ongoing for many years. In fact, in 1892 the globalist bankers announced this tactic in their Banker’s Manifesto. The Agenda 21 program is no different than their other globalist-monopoly campaigns. They are using their same ole divide and conquer strategy that has served them so well for many many years.

“We are at present working discreetly, but with all our might, to wrest this mysterious force called sovereignty out of the clutches of the local national states of the world. And all the time we are denying with our lips what we are doing with our hands.”
– Arnold Toynbee, Fabian Society – City Of London

Group A the sustainability “left”

After having been closely involved with the “sustainability” movement for several years, I have an awareness of who they are and what they wish to achieve. In fact at one time I actively promoted founder Rob Hopkin”s sustainability organization Transition Townes (now called the Transition Network) myself. The “Transition” movement is founded on (and dedicated to advancing) two false principles: peak oil and global warming. They (like most in the sustainability movement) believe we are too reliant on depleting CO2 producing “fossil fuels” and need to pursue a more sustainable less environmentally destructive path for the future.  They wish to see an end to dirty coal-producing power plants. But instead of replacing them with dangerous big nuclear power generators, they seek cleaner and more locally produced energy solutions such as solar, wind and Cogeneration Heat and Power plants.  The “Transition” folks are big on conservation and “Going Local”, which includes increasing local (not GMO) food, local businesses, local energy, local currencies, walkable communities, and yes population-growth curtailment.  However, they do not support genocide as a solution to my knowledge. They do not perceive that their “sustainability programs” unjustly violate either our Constitution or Bill of Rights. They see no significant threats to the property rights of organic or local farms either.

Side B the property rights “right”
Conservatives (and many Republicans) are big on people/property rights but are not too concerned with pollution, the environment or GMO food. The Right sees the Agenda 21 sustainability movement as a land grab motivated by Gaia worshipping environmentalists. They also see the restrictions proposed for land use as a threat to their freedoms. Most Conservatives want minimal government intrusion (as does Ron Paul and the Libertarians) into people”s lives. These folks don”t talk much about air pollution, water pollution or “going local”.  The “Free Market” is important to them, even though it isn”t “free”. In actuality the “Free Market” concept is used by the globalists to prevent the implementation of any restrictions (or tarriffs) on their environmentally exploitive global mega-corporations.

In general the “Right” strongly supports the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, while the “Left” takes them for granted. But neither seems to have a CLUE as to what has happened to the Constitution/Bill of Rights and how they have both been systematically neutralized by the international banking cartel (the globalists). Neither the Right nor the Left seems to have awoken to our hidden history or Who is [really] Running America.

Then there is the REAL Agenda 21 as revealed in 2006 by John Christian, a globalist insider from New Zealand. The fact is, according to John Christian and many others, neither group will get what they are fighting for and both sides are being manipulated. The globalists Who are Really Running America the international banking cartel – have their own goals. There are those, like George Hunt, who recognized the globalist”s plan as far back as 1992. To Mr Hunt it was obvious that a nefarious “agenda” was being implemented when globalists Rockefeller and Rothschild showed up at one of the first “sustainabity” meetings in Colorado.

Globalist insider John Christian wrote about the globalist”s Agenda 21 goals in 2006. It is obvious that many of their “goals” have already been achieved.

One World Earth Corporation

Basically the plan involved the subtle transfer of the entire productive capacity of each country throughout the world into a series of great “State-owned” departments, which would then be “corporatized”, then “privatized” to City of London Corporation International banks and corporations, which they control.

[The ‘Corporation Nation’ has already been constructed in our country and the privatization agenda was moved forward greatly by George Bush Sr in 1992 via an Executive Order:  and by Clinton when he signed NAFTA.]

Individual property ownership would be severely restricted, with most of the land, sea, fisheries, rivers, lakes, ports, railways, communications, media, roads, electricity, energy, food, water, waste management, housing, farms, commercial property, schools, hospitals, police, social welfare, Inland Revenue etc. transferred into statutory corporations, companies or land trusts which indirectly would be owned by City of London banks.

The “peasants” would still be allowed to own their own clothes, and small assets like furniture, cars and boats etc., but the main assets of each country would be owned by their multi – national corporations and banks.

Fabian Society “Regionalization” of the World through UN and EU Control of Regional and City Councils. All of the countries in the world currently are being “regionalized”. [Nixon signed an Executive Order creating 10 Federal Regions and Obama signed one creating their Council of Governors.] Presently, for example, the whole of the United States is being “regionalized” and the EU Committee of the Regions, based in Brussels, is “regionalizing” every country in the European Union. As the result of this radical “regionalization” process, Britain has now already been effectively abolished, having been divided up into 9 separate regions of the EU, plus Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

This cunning process, which is being “gradually” implemented to destroy the power of the central national government in each country, is commonly referred to as “Devolution” by the Queen and Fabian Society.

The UN’s secret agenda through “environmentalism” and “sustainable development” is very cunning and has deceived a lot of well-meaning people. Most people genuinely want to protect the environment and ensure that the earth’s resources are “sustainable” for future generations there is no doubt. But the communist goal of “sustainable development” and “environmentalism” has absolutely nothing to do with protecting the environment or sustainability. It is all about abolition of property rights, and ultimately, collectivization of housing and farms under corporate State control.

So you see, the winner takes all. And they plan on the Corporation, the City of London, (controlled by the banksters . . . not the queen) being the winner. By winner, they plan on owning ALL land and ALL resources. And . . . they will exploit both as much as they please, as no government will remain in power to stop them or to protect the people who oppose them. Protecting Gaia is just a ruse.

NOTE: The globalists ALWAYS play one side against each other while they discretely achieve their goals from behind the curtain.

Please note who John Christian sites at the end of his paper as the “powers to be stopped” they are the common enemy for both Side A and Side B, whether they know it or not!!

Going Local (local food, locally controlled smaller energy production, local businesses, local banks, local transportation decisions, locally owned water, etc) is one thing both groups A and B could have in common. However, folks like Phyllis Schafly and the Republican and Democratic parties  – who wish to remain powerful nationally – will most likely NOT support genuine local solutions. But those concerned with preserving their rights and freedoms and living in a clean environment (that is not dependent on polluting/toxic petro-chemicals) should embrace it because Going Local truly could be a We the People movement!

Population Extermination: How It Will Be Done

without comments

by Alan Stang

Regular readers of these diatribes are aware that one of the conspiracy for world government’s persistent goals is a massive reduction of the earth’s population. There are just too many people out there for the conspirators to control, so they want to eliminate some of them. The “ideal society” that results would include the few conspirators at the top and the rest of us slaves at the bottom to serve them.

Over the years, they have concocted many spurious justifications for the purpose, including the “ecology movement,” Zero Population Growth, phony energy “shortages,” etc. That is one of the reasons the birth rate has fallen among bamboozled American women – and especially among European women – while it booms among illegal aliens.

The idea is that there are just too many people for the planet to sustain. Indeed, the Communist UN is hawking a program called Agenda 21, which includes a scam called “sustainable development.” It means total, totalitarian control of the environment and is presently being implemented here in these United States.

Mike Garbageoff is one of the conspiracy factotums assigned to supervise this program, probably because as “former” Soviet dictator and KGB boss he has hands-on experience in exterminating large groups of humans. Mike is the man with the mark of Cain on his head, who says in his book about perestroika that Communism remains his goal, from which he will never deviate.

Remember that when the Soviet Union “””fell,””” and Mike was “””deposed,””” the conspiracy for world government brought him here in a trice and installed him at the Presidio, the historic U.S. Army base in San Fransicko. (Now he has relocated to Northeastern University in Boston.) Remember, we’re talking about a “former” Soviet dictator of the “evil empire.” Wouldn’t you think such an arrangement should arouse at least a few questions in the normal mind?

But of course it did not. Our Communist media left and right – from the Communist Broadcasting System to Shtupid Sean – let it go down, and Mike Garbageoff – now reborn as an “ecologist,” went right to work at the tax-exempt foundation created in his name. There was no planning involved, you understand, certainly no conspiracy. Land o’ Goshen, no! All of this happened by accident. Mike just happened to be at the right place at the right time.

The Garbageoff Foundation conducts regular “State of the World” forums, which attract some of the biggest names in totalitarianism. Ted the Traitor Turner, for instance, is one of them. So is Canadian billionaire Maurice Strong. So are Bill Gates and Zbigniew “Zbig Brother” Brzezinski, of the Trilateral Commission. So is Bush 41. Would you guess such a group could exert some influence?

Mike officiates, of course, and his devastating charm seems to captivate women. Not being one of them, I can’t understand why; there is nothing remarkable about him personally except the Mark of Cain on his head – but he reduced England’s “Iron Lady,” Margaret Thatcher, who beat Argentina, to giggling girlhood and the headline in a recent story by Jennifer Edwards, a putative female, says he “captivates crowd,” presumably starting with her.

At a recent session, Mike said this: “The United States has developed a disease for which there is no vaccination.” He calls it “winner’s disease,” referring to our “victory” over the “former” Soviet Union. America is arrogant, says Garbageoff, and must be brought down, controlled and managed. This is a necessary step on the way to world government.

At these sessions, there is argument and debate on the question of population reduction. Participants argue and debate about how many of the earth’s people should be exterminated. For instance, Barbara Marx Hubbard, one of the women Mike presumably has charmed, explains as follows in The Book of Co-Creation:

“Out of the full spectrum of human personality, one-fourth is electing to transcend . . . . One-fourth is destructive . . . . In the past they were permitted to die a ‘natural death.’ . . . Now . . . the destructive one-fourth must be eliminated from the social body . . . . Fortunately, you are not responsible for this act. We are. . . . We are the riders of the pale horse, Death.”

As you can see, Babs is a moderate, a voice of reason. She only wants to eliminate 25% of the world’s people. On the other hand, at the first meeting of the Garbageoff Foundation, someone named Dr. Sam Keen, a “philosopher-professor,” explained at the closing, plenary session that “the ecological crisis, in short, is the population crisis. Cut the population by 90 percent and there aren’t enough people left to do a great deal of ecological damage.”

Jacques Cousteau, the late oceanographer and environmentalist, wasn’t present on that occasion, but the November, 1991 UNESCO Courier quotes him as saying, “One American burdens the earth much more than twenty Bangladesh. . . . In order to stabilize world populations, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. . . .”

Jacques didn’t say how many days we need to do that, so we don’t know how many corpses would satisfy him, but obviously if one American is worse than twenty Bangladeshis, we should start in Cincinnati. The leaders of this movement advocate “voluntary extinction,” which presumably means suicide. They could establish instant credibility if they committed it themselves, but they prefer that you do it, because, remember, we need them to supervise and they are – let’s face it – superior.

Let’s see, there are about five billion human beings. Ninety percent of five billion is 4,500,000,000 (four billion five hundred million). Twenty five percent of five billion is “only” 1,250,000,000 (one billion two hundred fifty billion). Is this right? Math and I don’t get along. Let’s be moderate and work with Babs Hubbard’s “low” number.

How do you exterminate 1,250,000,000 people? We are told that when Hitler really got rolling he killed a measly 10-15 million, but, remember, he was in power only twelve years. Working night and day, Mao Tse-tung and his fellow Communists have killed maybe 100 million people; so did Mike Garbageoff and the Soviets. In other words, even the biggest mass killers we know about were relative pikers in terms of the job that needs to be done. It could never be done using their primitive methods.

So, how would you eliminate that many people? I contend that you could do so only through medical means, only through a species of biological warfare, which would offer advantages available no wise else. First, using biological means, you could target entire populations. There are not enough bullets and no gas chambers big enough to do that.

Second, and most crucial, if your target is the World Trade Center, your victims will know they are under enemy attack (unless you are a moron who happens to be President); but, when you hit them with biological and chemical weapons, they won’t. They will tell each other something “is going around.” They will go to see their doctors, who won’t know any more than they do.

So, what is happening? Look around. The government is drugging as many Americans as possible, starting in the delivery room and continuing throughout life. School kids are routinely narcotized. Parents who refuse to allow it are threatened. Many older people are loaded on drugs, enough to go into the racket, except that the drugs have turned them into zombies, because many of those prescriptions still contain mercury.

Every year brings a new flu and a new shot, which is out of date when you get it months later, because the critter it was designed for has mutated. It is also contaminated with killers like mercury, etc. Recently, FDA approved the spraying of live viruses on our food, with no testing whatsoever. You will not be able to avoid such food, because it won’t say it has been sprayed on the label. It comes from a company called Intralytix out of Baltimore, which must be plugged in at the top.

The federal government is covering our air space with chem-trails, not contrails, which dissipate quickly, but chemicals and biologics sprayed high above us that spread out to cover the sky, and cover everything when they hit the ground. They include aluminum oxide, barium, benzene, fibers, bacilli and mold, pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Pseudomonas Florscens, Streptomyces, etc. They are suspected in the Alzheimer’s epidemic and the “fiber disease,” called Morgellons.

In short, our environment – our air, our food, our water, via fluoridation – is extremely toxic and getting more so. I am not talking about mythical insects that close down construction projects and whole industries, but about the real thing. Question: Could it be that we are under enemy attack; that the enemy – the conspiracy for world government – is implementing its scheme to decimate the earth’s population, manipulating the growing toxicity for the purpose?

You say that’s impossible, that I’m just blowing smoke? Maybe, but why is the hair on the back of your neck standing up?
